Shipping, Order, Delivery & Returns Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Times: Each product page lists the specific processing timeframe for that item. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • You will receive two notifications:

    1. Order Confirmation – sent when we receive your order.

    2. Shipping Confirmation – sent when your order is dispatched, including tracking details (if applicable).


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • UK Mainland Delivery: We use reliable couriers such as Evri, Yodel, Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, DHL, and APC.

  • Delivery Timeframes: Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

  • Flat Rate: £5.99 for UK Mainland deliveries.

  • Multiple Warehouse Orders: If items ship from more than one location, the maximum shipping cost is £11.98.

  • Free Shipping: May be offered at our discretion during promotions.


3. Order Tracking

  • For orders sent via trackable service, you will receive a tracking link in your dispatch email.

  • If your order has no tracking option, we will still notify you of dispatch.


4. International Orders & Customs

  • We currently ship to select countries only. Some destinations are excluded due to customs restrictions.

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s customs authority. These are non-refundable.

  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

  • Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.


5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 General Policy

  • We accept returns only if items arrive damaged or defective.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalised items

    • Mystery or surprise bundles

    • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

5.2 Damage or Defective Goods

  • Notification: You must inform us of any damage within 3 days of delivery, with clear photographs.

  • Return Timeframe: Once approved, returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery.

  • Resolution: We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return postage, once we receive and inspect the item.

5.3 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 28 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Keep your proof of postage—returns lost in transit without tracking cannot be refunded.


6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If an item is defective or damaged, it will be replaced or refunded according to our Returns Policy.


7. Additional Conditions

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except where an item is defective or damaged.

  • No rain checks or price adjustments are offered.

  • Mystery boxes cannot be returned for dislike of contents. Contents are described in general terms only and may vary.
